New weapon: Lancaster
It looks like a big Derringer, but it is a proper pistol: Medium Ammo, four barrels and a rotating firing pin that gives it a very high rate of fire, almost double action. It unlocks at Stage II of Reap the Harvest.

Lancaster Cleave
The same pistol with a Heavy Knife attached, the first of its kind. Its melee attack costs as much Stamina as the Heavy Knife, so it is good for cutting through hordes and for close combat against Hunters.

As the Crow Carves
A new Legacy Chronicle, the format Crytek uses to bring back legacy content.
Now the plague surgeon
Anyone who played As the Crow Flies in 2021 will remember the plague doctor, the one who turned Avis Wyndham into the Vulture. Now Lynch asks him to do the same to Warren Russett, and that operation is where Bloodskin comes from. With a cameo from Brood and Bile.
